A mixture of so-so standup routines and comedy-music hybrids a la Adam Sandler, Saturday Night Live's Jimmy Fallon provides just enough laughs on The Bathroom Wall to satisfy one's funny bone--for the first listen or two, anyway. Unfortunately, with the exception of his masterful impressions (a hilarious Bono among them) and the amusing Prince takeoff "Idiot Boyfriend," Fallon's shtick gets old pretty fast. On the music side, "Road Rage" has a few funny lines, but the Beastie Boys-inspired "(I Can't Play) Basketball" falls flat, as does the country-tinged "Drinking in the Woods." Meanwhile, for the standup portion, Fallon panders to his college audience with routines about "the walk of shame" and hotplates that might have worked in person, but on record sound shopworn and thin. As an impressionist, Fallon has a bright future, but he needs better material before putting out his next comedy record, even one as short (under 37 minutes) as this one. --Matthew Cooke

I enjoyed this CD not just because it was funny but because I was amazed by Jimmy Fallon's numerous talents that really shine throughout the entire CD. His singing, guitar playing, sense of humor, and especially his impersonations of celebrities and bands. I won't lie, this was not the funniest comedy album I have ever heard but it is by far the most enjoyable. I love how Jimmy can be funny with clean-cut jokes. He proves that jokes do not have to be full of profanity or be about sex to be funny. Jimmy proved himself to be extremely talented and an excellent performer. Definately one of the best. I look forward to seeing more stuff from Jimmy Fallon!

I read a review for some art that I was purchasing and they stated these looked great with that item, so I ignored the reviews that said these were cheap and ordered. The cheap reviewers are more accurate. Each sconce is basically 2 flimsy pieces of metal that fit together through a pre-cut slot in the larger piece. There is no candle or glass as shown in the picture, that is on you. The metal part that fits in the slot was thicker on one of the candle holders preventing it from holding the candle level. I tried to bend it straight but gave up after many attempts, these are not even worth the low price you can get them for. Try another set...I saw better stuff at Target.

These candle holders look even cheaper than they are. If your home decoration consists mainly of Walmart 'art' or similiar cheap items, these 'candle holders' might fit right in. I purchased these as a gift but had to throw them out. I assembled them and wanted to bend the metal pieces to make them look at least a little better (the part where you put the glass on was bent) and it broke right off where it was welded together. Believe me, nobody would want these on their wall anyway, but you get what you pay for. Just stay away from these...

These are great, if cheaply made pieces.

They dressed up my walls nicely and throw the amount of light you'd expect from tea lights.



When they arrive you'll have to insert the stand and screw it in the back--not a big deal, but in one case the stand wasn't flat and I had to bend it straight. It took 2 seconds and didn't feel like it was going to break.



The only other thing that you might get hung up on is that you can see the screw if you look at the sconce from the side. I don't really notice it on the day-to-day, but did when I hung it.



All-in-all, a great little decoration.

Shipping was prompt, but the packing had much to be desired. The wooden pieces were packed tightly together in a makeshift box made of several pieces of cardboard taped together with only one sheet of paper between the three pieces. Its made with oil based paints so theres some tack left to the paints(collects dust like no ones business). The hardware was NOT uniformly placed on the back of each piece. Unless you're a carpenter or are familiar with complicated mounts, you're SOL on getting this one level and evenly spaced. Do yourself a favor and check your local stores before you buy this overpriced, poorly packed, mounting nightmare.

The suction tub bar is great. It attaches easily and holds tight. I am tempted to put a label on it - "Use for balance only, not to support full weight." I have not had a problem at all but there is a warning in the packaging.
